This beautiful Siberian tiger of Asia is one of the world’s most seriously endangered creatures. There are only about 200 Siberian, or Amur, tigers still living in the wild with almost 700 in safari parks and zoos worldwide.

This one in the photograph lives at the largest wild animal park in Northern Europe, Knuthenborg Safari Park, near Copenhagen in Denmark.

This vast nature park is home to about 1,000 free range wild animals and visitors can get up close enough to the animals to almost touch them.

As well, in 2018, visitors can go back in time and wander through the dinosaur forest where life-like and roaring dinosaur robots recreate life on earth about 65 million years ago. To help conservation efforts for the Siberian tiger, go to https://support.wwf.org.uk/donate-to-russian-tigers
