Taking place over three days, the festival features talks, workshops, various networking events as well as one-on-one appointments with literary agents looking for new work and new authors to take on. It really does work as well.
For 10 days and 11 nights, the streets of this pretty city take on a carnival atmosphere as jugglers, contortionists, musicians, clowns, musicians, stand-up comedians, aerialists, living statues, sideshow artists, acrobats take over the parks and pavements.
