Sneaky tips, tricks and secrets to get in first
The FIFA World Cup 26™ is set to be the biggest event in its history. It’s going to cost you £1210 for an advance premium ticket, too – in elite seated areas.
It will be hosted by Canada, Mexico and USA, though, so there are tips and tricks we can share about the best location for you. And the right experience.
Tip one is – avoid the US.
Avoid America on World Cup 2026
Avoid America. Sure, you could head to Los Angeles or Boston to see a game, but you are competing with many more millions of fans for tickets and seats. It’s the same in Mexico.
In Canada, you have 41 million footballs fans to compete with, as opposed to 130 million Mexicans. Or 340 million Americans.
The defending champions are Argentina, so cue a rush of patriotic Argentinians to the US, which has a much shorter flight time than Canada. Be smart and do the non-obvious thing.
Save June 13 to July 2
There are a number of games playing in Canada across June 13 to July 2 2026, with advance tickets on sale in premium seating areas, in Vancouver or Toronto.
Pick a weekday to increase your chances. So, a Tuesday or Thursday. Go right at the start, too, to find more affordable tickets.
Skip the pricey hospitality packages and go straight to the Canadian FIFA Pavilion options in Vancouver or Toronto. You still have elite seating and all you need to eat and drink your way through the games along with other exclusive extras.

This Is Still Going to Cost, But…
Prices start at $2500 (Canadian) which is around £1210.
You could choose Group L on Tuesday June 23 in Toronto. Croatia. The Czech Republic. The Faroe Islands. Gibraltar and Montenegro.
Our best bet would be Group I later on. So, Italy, Estonia, Israel, Moldova and Norway. This is probably going to be a straight win through for the Italians, who have won the World Cup four times in its history. You’ll also be seeing some incredible football.
Join a Waiting List
You can also join a waiting list at Events Travel. If you’re literally ahead of the game, though, you may want to start booking flights and tickets now, before the rush is on.
