If you love France and the French, there are some great places in Tokyo to learn the language, cuisine or just lose yourself in French food. You can also make new friends with Francophiles like you.
French Language/Cooking Classes for Children
The Jardin Francais teaches children to cook and speak French at the same time.
At Futakotamagawa, on Saturdays from 2 PM to 4 PM, children have the opportunity to learn cooking the French way and try out their nouns.
“Où sont les œufs?” well, exactly.
Tip: If you want to buy, rather than have the children cook, try Shiseido Parlour Shop for fantastic petit fours.
Futakotamagawa Jardin Francais is 1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya City, Tokyo, 158-0094. It is a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi and Tokyu Oimachi lines.
