From Tuesday to Saturday, 5pm-7pm, duck into Ibushi and discover the best drinks and bar food, in season. They also offer dining tours. It was quiet, peaceful and a Tokyo oasis on the edge of Chinatown in the city. This heritage-listed building has four storeys. Happy Hour is on the ground floor and you’ll be met at reception and offered a table. Sake and fermented yuzu leave the happiest aftertaste and no cost hangover at all. Don’t tell too many people.
