Ted Benton on The Discovery Channel
The late Ted Benton MED ACH graduated from St. Edwards’ University and Boston University and trained with the School of Mind Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Ted Benton wrote a quarterly column for The Journal of Hypnotism. He was also the co-author of Hypnotherapy for AD/HD: Preliminary Evidence for its Effectiveness.
Benton appeared on the Discovery Channel as a guest speaker on hypnotherapy featuring both Weight Loss and Internet Addiction. He spent his life working on meditation and visualisation techniques; sleep disorder treatment; eating disorder hypnosis and more.
Benton also looked at hypnosis for pain relief, OCD, anxiety, drug addiction and for people living with cancer.
